Have you ever stopped to think about what an instructional coach actually does? You’re not alone. Most of us had the same question.
This question goes beyond the job description, it goes just below the surface. Yeah, we know about the duties and responsibilities that are so meticulously outlined in the job description, but what do you really do?
The Instructional Coaches Manifesto answers that question. On the other side of the duties and responsibilities live the qualities and characteristics that make you a dynamic coach.

That’s why I created this easy-to-follow webinar sharing a few ways, 26 to be exact, of how you can create your personal escape at work.

Taking great observation notes that capture everything (or almost everything) you observe can prove to be quite challenging. I mean, how do you write down everything you see and hear? The truth is, observation note taking skills takes some time to develop and refine.
What if I told you there’s a solid way to gather great notes from your observations? Great observation notes that will give you all the details you need to give great feedback to the teachers you support?
It is possible, very possible. It doesn’t happen overnight but with time, practice, and a method for taking notes that will allow you to capture everything you’ve observed, you’ll be a pro at it in no time.
