Melanie D. Matthews-Calhoun, M.Ed, is a highly accomplished individual in the field of education, with a career spanning 27 years. Her diverse roles include being an author, educational consultant, instructional coach, and professional learning facilitator. Melanie has a wealth of experience, having worked as an elementary and middle school teacher, literacy and instructional coach, curriculum leader, and adjunct professor.
As the founder and CEO of The Get Engaged Coaching Group, Melanie has established herself as an influential figure, driving positive change in the education. She is also the visionary behind the Mind Your Coaching Institute, now the Get Engaged Coaching Con, an annual conference tailored for instructional leaders and coaches, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and growth within the field.
